Do you accept HSA or FSA?

Yes! We accept HSA and FSA cards. While standard virtual consultations, routine clinical care, and lab orders qualify as medical expenses under IRS guidelines, individual HSA/FSA plan administrators classify fees differently. We can provide itemized receipts and statements upon request ot help you submit claims to your administrator.

How quickly can I see a provider?

OpenDoor Health offers same-day or next-day appointments during normal business hours. Some weekends are also available. You can also send non-urgent messages to your provider at any time through the patient portal.
