My name is Lauren Haines and I am the owner of OpenDoor Health, PLLC. OpenDoor Health is a trauma-informed, accessible and judgement-free telehealth clinic, specializing in sexual/reproductive health and lifestyle medicine. Our services are designed to fit your lifestyle and comfort level, offering care through chat, phone, or video -- whichever you prefer. My Story
I have been a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner for over 12 years. I started my career working as an RN in the Emergency Department where I received specialized training as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE). I went on to become an APRN, caring for both adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. Since 2021, I have worked with a variety of telehealth startups, with a strong focus on sexual/reproductive health and lifestyle medicine. I have had the opportunity to teach other healthcare providers and serve as a consultant -- hoping to improve not only knowledge but also reduce some of the stigma and biases that still exist in healthcare.
